As a Customer Service employee, you are the point of contact for our customers, providing support by telephone and e-mail regarding products, prices, transport, returns, guarantees, invoicing and payments.
You manage and process orders in our IT system and ensure accurate follow-up of delivery times and payments. Through close cooperation with colleagues in the Benelux and the head office in Poland, you strive for a high level of customer satisfaction and report to the line manager to achieve continuous improvement.

• Customer Service and Communication
o Answering customer questions by telephone and e-mail regarding products, prices, transport, returns, guarantees, invoicing and payments.
o Providing technical support and information.
o Informing and sensitizing customers about procedures and the product catalogue.
o Striving for a high level of customer satisfaction through a personal and professional approach.
• Order Management & Administration:
o Management, processing and follow-up of orders in the IT system (NAVISION).
o Requesting delivery times in the internal system and passing them on to customers.
o Accurate registration of customer data and orders.
o Follow up on payments and contact customers in case of late payments.
• Collaboration & Teamwork :
o Work closely with colleagues in the Benelux and the head office in Poland.
o Share relevant customer information with team members to ensure a consistent customer experience.
o Contribute to team meetings and shared goals.
• Reporting & Feedback :
o Contribute to customer satisfaction reports and make suggestions for improvements.
o Follow up on customer questions daily with CRM (Dynamics 365)
o Report activities and customer interactions to the Line Manager.
o Collect feedback from customers and pass it on to the relevant departments for product and process improvements.

•You have a secondary education diploma OR have at least two years of experience.
•Knowledge of MS Office applications, and Navision (not required)
•You are empathetic, strong administrative, patient and solution-oriented.
•You are a team player, and ready to learn a challenging job in which you can develop yourself.
•You are service-oriented and have good writing skills.
•You speak Dutch, English and French well.
